Rafting Sport
The Ubaye is one of the few French rivers that has the characteristic to present white-water sections, called "sportive" or "ex-impassable" ones. (class 4, passages 5).
For even more sensations , we suggest you the « ex-impas » of la Fresquière. This is a trip open to almost everyone after a training on the discovery trip.
Ideal in the Intégrale formula (discovery trip followed by the sportive trip: 18 Kms).
Finally, there are the "Impassable of Le Lauzet" for the most curious ones, this is the steepest trip of the river but also the jewel of the Ubaye. Accessibility according to the water level and to the guide's agreement. Arrival at the lake.
